Errata in Version 1.0
- There’s a typo in equation 3.12 on page 77. The superscript on the episilon should be 2 and not 3 given that the vectors are represented as (0,0,1,0) which is epsilon-super-2 in equation 3.10.
- On page 207 a negative sign in front of i is missing. The equation to the right of the last third arrow—the exponential term that is crossed out should have exp(-ik….) and not exp(ik…).
